VR's Annual Report for the year 2023 has been published

Today, on March 19, 2024, VR Group published its annual report for 2023, consisting of sections on Business Review, Sustainability, Governance, and Financial Review. The governance section includes the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Policy and Report. The report is published in PDF format in Finnish and English.
VR publishes an XHTML financial review complying with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. According to ESEF requirements, the consolidated financial statements, and notes, as well as the company's identification details, are marked with iXBRL tags. The audit firm KPMG Oy Ab has provided an independent assurance report regarding VR-Group Plc's Finnish-language ESEF financial statements, following the ISAE 3000 assurance engagement standard. Sustainability data is verified at the limited assurance level by Ecobio Ltd. The financial review containing the ESEF financial statements (in Finnish) can be found as an attachment to this release.
